sayang wala si norwood.
norwood still needs to play at least 25 games in Philippine Soil (PBL, NBC, MVBA) before siya makapa draft... Norwood will probably play along with Jason Castro sa SEABA late this year.... patikOriginally Posted by piaosigua

1. Joe DeVance -- Welcoat
2. Samigue Eman -- San Miguel
3. Ryan Reyes -- Sta. Lucia
4. JC Intal -- Air 21
5. Doug Kramerl -- Air 21
6. Ken Bono -- Alaska
7. JR Quiñahan -- Alaska
8. Yousif Aljamal -- Air 21
9. Jonas Villanueva -- San Miguel
10. Macky Escalona -- Ginebra
Only 17 out of the possible 44 candidates were picked from the draft. To round up the second round:
Ronjay Buenafe -- Coca-Cola
Ryan Arana -- Welcoat
Melvin Mamaclay -- Sta. Lucia
Marvin Cruz -- Air 21
JR Masbang -- Air 21
Jojo Duncil -- Red Bull
Ardy Larong -- Alaska
*Air21 is getting a lot younger, 5 picks in the draft to team up with last year's pick Arwind Santos and a bunch of young stars in Gary David and Niño Canaleta. Air21 is now made up of high flyers. Santos, Intal and Canaleta.
*The addition of Samigue Eman and Jonas Villanueva gives SMB more depth. Peña, Ildefonso, Seigle and Eman at center and power forward while LA Tenorio, Olsen Racela and Jonas Villanueva sharing the PG chores.
*Fun fact for Samigue Eman: Eman is thrilled after being picked by the Beermen. (1) Eman's father is working for the San Miguel Corporation in Davao and (2) Eman's name Samigue is derived from San Miguel.
*Welcoat co-team owners Terry Que and Raymund Yu declared they'll make things a lot easy for top pick Joe DeVance. Welcoat offered DeVance a maximum pay for his first three years in the league or an amount that would not be less than P7M.
*Sta. Lucia is also ready to offer Ryan Reyes a maximum amount for his first three years in the league. Reyes, a Cal State Fullerton product used to play with Mike Holper, Chris Pacana and Anthony Washington back in Los Angeles.
*The presence of Ken Bono and JR Quiñahan gives Alaska more muscle inside and a decent perimeter shooting big man. With the return of Mike Cortez from a serious injury and Willie Miller playing basketball above the rim lately, Alaska is definitely a team to watch next season.
