nagsugod ko weights lately sa kwarto since naa man ko bench ug dumbbells, pero doubtful japon ko if these would suffice.

I bike for about 10 minutes to get to the river near our place and then jog around it for about 40 minutes. Then go back home and and do the crunches and push ups. Should i do both everyday or every other day?
