ga-huwat pa mi sa accenture kay hiring sila ug associate software engineers (entry level)
naka-pasar na mi sa exam.. last week of april mi nag-take.. interview daw next step but wala pa mi gi-tawagan, pending pa amo application coz inig June na daw sila maghire balik.. murag kumpleto na ila na-hire or ang batch para sa training, ambot murag ing ana
so next month na mi.. mayta..

sa ibm, wala man gud klaro asa mi mag submit resume.. niadto mi sa ilahang office sa IT park but sayop man nahatag nga email add sa ilang receptionist ngadto

Lighthouse Software Cebu Inc = NOT a stable company

In Cebu (lapu-lapu), more than 400 employees where dismissed the last working day of July 2012 without pay. After a week, lighthouse Software Cebu Inc. informed us that we can come to the office for an advance of 200 peso (4,5 USD only), instead of a full months salary. 200 peso barely covers the cost for transport to the office, this is ridiculous. A complain is filed with DOLE, the Philippines Department of Labor and Employment. The remaining lighthouse employees are only paid a part of their salary. Late payments are ongoing for a year already and escalated since june 2012.
We hear that other offices face the same problems, no health care paid in China for + 300 employees since years, payment delays for up to months in Vietnam, Thailand, ... but the big bosses fly around in a private jet and go to the most exquisite hotels, such as Cebu Hotels | Shangri-La's Mactan Resort and Spa Cebu

I recommend not to work there, you never now when or if you will receive your money.
Some long term employees start to look for another job, or left already.

diara nako..hehehe..uhmm..naay giingon nga 'BENCH'..kasagaran nga mga dakong consulting company naa gyud Bench..mao na cla ang mga hires nga wala pa project..why naay bench? in preparation na sa mga umaabot nga project para kung naa nay demand naa na dayon ang resources..but of course it is still subject sa forecasting ng needed skills..to your question..if we are in Bench Mode..we can always review to enhance our skills, we can also take online trainings..or do other initiatives to maximize time in bench..so naa gihapon ka work..hehe..na ra nimo unsaon nimo pagmaximize ang Bench Time..but of course..dili jud ka padugayon nga bench..kay murag alkansi pud ang company kung dako imong sweldo unya wala kay work..hahaha..

Toinks! abi nako in-house projects tanan trabaho sa ibm. naa sad diay consultancy=)) pero nindot na ang bench mode, pasabot ana, petiks mode(lulinghayaw,hehe) mas swerte ka maabtan 1 year naka-bench pero paningkamotan gyud na sa bizdev sa company na madeploy or naa mo projects kay nagsige imo sweldo pero walay income ang company nimo=))
