After the aftermath of Ruping, my family supplied tanker trucks worth of water to areas like Punta Engano and much of Lapu-lapu. Pag nilingkod ang mga Radaza they shut us down, which was downright unfair because we were certified by the government and our water standards passed all stringent testing on a national scale. The rights and papers for distribution in comparison put us on the same level as MCWD. Kind of an insult considering the millions in capital and services wasted over petty politics.
