Gooey skins are a unique accessory for smartphones and tablets that allow you to stick your device to a flat surface using its vacuum suction technology.
Created by the founder of a Gooey company skins , Rachel Verghis wanted to solve the need of holding your smartphone while making calls or out of reach from children. As the company slogan says “free your hands”! it is true to its words and the company has released skins and casing for popular smartphones like the Iphone 5S, Samsung Note and iPad tablets.
Available in various colors the Gooey skin casing is simple to use by fitting it to the back of your smartphone and it can stick to any laminated, metal or glossy smooth surface.

The Gooey skins is made from Polyurethane epoxy and has a 3M adhesive material that allows it to stick on quickly.Gooey skins work by suction that is when 2 surfaces grip together when the air between them is pushed out or creating a vacuum. When the Gooey skins is firmly pressed onto a flat and glossy surface the air gets pushed out and the two surfaces grip together. Gooey works well at room temperature, however according to the company that manufactures the material it won't work on hot (above 25°c/77°f) and cold (below 15°c/59°f)temperatures.
Even if you have dust particles on the surface of the Gooey skin it will still work and it looks and feels like a normal smartphone case cover. Gooey skin can be re-used over and over again provided you wipe out the dust on the surface.



Unfortunately all kinds of products has its limitation and the Gooey will not work on curved surfaces or windscreen of cars and matted or anti-glossy screens, however customers have reported sticking it to Polished stone surfaces. Always do a safety check first before you leave on a wall.

The latest product of Gooey to come out is the Gooey transparent skin which is something to look forward. The glass like skin is invisibile over your phone so it will still look like a normal unique colored phone e.g ( Apple iphone 5S gold or silver) gives out a vibrant look and feel that will not be hidden by your gooey case.
