What should be done against Terror teachers?

maybe my classmates would say " our teacher is terror" but i've never felt it

Can they be banned from educational institutions? I mean, teachers do not have licenses that you can strip right?

In my own opinion, wala.
They are very important in every institution para maka tinarong jud ang studyante , unya ma test pud ang limits sa studyante.
