I need panday/mason expert pwede pakyaw. ipatrabaho nako ang tiles sa cr, some finishings, tiles pud sa living room,etc..Mao ni contract ako gusto:

1. Once we agree sa contract price, Inig sugod, dili pwede mokuha ug 50% or more ang trabahante sa total contract price nga diin wala pa kaabot ug 50% iyaha agi.

2. I will only provide him or them, daily C.A. base sa ilang agi(which is like inadlaw). I will give the TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT IN FULL once totally mahuman na ang project.

I can make a contract agreement between me and the said pakyaw guys. This is for protection sa mga badlungon nga panday/mason BECAUSE THIS WILL ALWAYS HAPPEN. Ayaw mo ug sugot anang mobale daan or advance ug this amount and then once gamay na lang sila kobrahunon, pinakatay na ang agi sa ilahang trabaho and some wont even finish the JOB kay wala nay kobrahunon!!!
