nakabati ko sa news sa una. gi contest ang mga toothpaste. ang nakadaug kay colgate total. ambot sad kaha pila ka toothpaste brand ang niapil.

actually kanang asin, gi recommend mana sad sa dentist labi ng kadtong sa mga gums nga pemi magdugo.

para moputi sad imo teeth, nakabasa ko sa net nga you can brush your teeth with baking soda if you can survive the taste. pero kailangan, once a month lang kay makaguba pud sa teeth.

I bought Forever Bright Toothgel because it was recommended by a good friend of mine, I'm glad i took notice of their recommendation now as this toothgel is very effective. i have always had yellow teeth as i used to smoke a lot and drink far too much coffee. This toothgel has really whitened my teeth and also stopped my gums bleeding. The only downside for me is that it is expensive but you get what you pay for or so they say.
