Just an off-topic, how do you guys ask for a certificate of employment while still being employed by your current employer as a requirement when looking for a new job? Since the request purpose is stated in the COE, what's the best one while still masking your real intention, which, in this case, is for a job application.

Pwede manka mangayo brod... daghan ka e alibi like application for credit card, loan, etc...

Anyways, kung imo nang gamiton pag apply ug trabaho, dili man mo matter na sa imong prospect/future employer bisan dili "job related" ang naka specify.

kung close ka sa HR or sa admin or manager pwede ra nah bro saboton lang ninyu duha but kung dli gani delikado ka anha pero some HR bitaw don't mind as long as maayo sad ka sa imung work field.dinha na guro check background kung dli kamao ka sa imun present nga work.

pareha ta scenario bro dati nako gi workan 6 months ra ako work didto but i talk to the owner mismo pero kato hinuon close ako ante ato nga skul sa ilang owner so dli kaayo delikado sa ako part.

Remember lng TS. Ang imo buhaton mo define kung unsa ka nga klase nga trabahanti. Kung ma sakpan ma blacklist ka. Inamigo lng TS, mas nindot ang feeling of victory kung walay guilt that is kung mo matter pa but since ng seek ka ug opinion I know nga mas stronger ang good side nimo kay kung dili pa wala unta ni ron.
