    Share lang ko sa ako experience. Sa una, katong bata pa ko, naglatay2x ko sa trapal sa tent, mora gihapon 2nd floor sa SM katas-on. Nagisi ang trapal unya natagak ko sa ubos. Wala man nuon ko napiang, pero gi-latos ko ug ayo ni papa. Wala nila gi-blame ang naghimo sa tent. Ako pa gani ang gipa apologize sa tag-iya. Mao biased ko karon, di ko motuo nga i-blame ang SM. I've learned in my childhood that you shouldn't pass the blame to someone else.

    Depende pud kay kung designer ka and dili design and build imung kontrata, kutob rajud sa papel imung trabaho. But that's not my expertise so I may be wrong.

    But then again, naa ba jud nga nadetermine nga violation ang SM?

    Sakto bro, normally ang involve Client, designer ug contrator (builder), kasagaran kun kontraktor ka ikaw mohimo sa technical drawings.
