    Naglibog jud ko nganong naay negligence sa parent ani nga issue. This is an unforeseen event unlike swimming pools nga klaro kaayo malumos imong bata ug mahulog.

    Wala nipatong ang bata sa railings kundi nabuak ang glass resulta sa pagkahulog. Asa man ang negligence ani?

    Defective structure and design so SM management ug ang contractor ang ma blame ani. Ug naa pani sa U.S aw ma datu jud kalit ang pamilya ani sa bata.

    everyone is saying why the glass broke yet didn't even wonder why it broke in the first place. mura man lang nag sandig ang bata nabuak kalit then nahulog. you talk about your profession's responsibilty pero what about a parent's responsibility? OA ra kaayo mo in assuming we are saying negligent ang parent the instant they walked inside the mall. What we are saying is that the parents are partly to be blamed the moment the accident happened.

    if substandard na ilang gamit na materials kay di na kalusot sa building permit kay wa nagfollow sa building code para sa glass railings/structures. unless naay under the table now kanang building code naa ra nay minimum strength required para sa glass railings (mga 3 kN/m man tingali - pinamay man ko ) so as long as nakapasar ang glass ana kay ok na. now the question, pila man ang force sa impact sa pagbangga sa bata sa glass? kana wa ko kahibalo hehe either nilapas na siya sa current limit sa strength sa glass or tungod sa wear and tear naweaken ang glass. if tungod sa wear and tear aw for sure sala sa maintenance sa SM.

    pero karon ang question, as parents (family code card ) do we leave the safety of our children to the maintenance sa glass railings?

    Why do you think SM paid the hospital bills? I don't know kung unsa ilang action on their glass railings after this though but we never discounted the fact nga naay responsibility ang SM for this accident. Whereas kamo kay never even acknowledged that the parent or guardian was at fault.

    sir..naa lagi na always by default.....ang atoa lng ani in General....ma bata or adult...kung mahimo maglikay sa disgrasya....kun sa driving pa: defensive driving judka oncheck....dilika ka ingon nga...."mag pabulhot ko ako sakyanan basta straight lngko padagan kay straight man ang dalan"


    dapat dili ing ani atong mindset.....maniguro sa daan..
