    our country will own it. that's not a problem. but the ones who will benefit are large business conglomerates and oil tycoons. igo ra profit sharing ang government caused wala man sila money to build infrastructures to explore and eventually extract oil. again, same sa akoang post about military strength, it's all about political will to make this resource beneficial to all filipinos.

    Perhaps on the other side,
    puwede man pud ta mo-loan to be able to exploit such a vast resource.
    Ang problema lang sa akong nakita ang corruption na pud, look at NAPOCOR
    gi-privatize na lang kay rampant kaayo ang pangurakot,most of the time nagbayad
    ang gobyerno ug mga maintenance/operation costs nga wala diay me-exist,
    nagkautang-utang nga gasige man unta ug generate/pamaligya ug kuryente
    wala pa gyud gisubsidize ang mga electric costs.

    Puwede siguro ang private firm na lang ana,
    ilaha tanan ang operation,construction,management etc. cost
    igo na lang ta mo-partake sa investment plus sa atong rightful share/taxes etc.
    Ang problema na pud ana ang pagpili na pud kinsay tagaan ug higayon nga mo-invest
    daghan kaayong buaya ang mag-atang ana, daghan na ug hokus pokus sa awarding.
