I have a multiple visa too. Been visiting Japan since 2005 but I don't brag about it. I would definitely want some of our Pinoy brothers and sisters to experience the beauty of Japan.

Unfortunately no, Visa is not lifted in Japan, and Filipinos ARE REQUIRED to process their VISA APPLICATION! Unfair kaayu para sa mga naningkamot ug pangapply ug visa noh pareha nako! And well, maayu ra pud nga dili lifted para walay chance ang mga mag TNT! AHAHAHAHAHA!

MANILA, Philippines — The Japanese Embassy in the Philippines denied "false news" that Japan has effectively lifted the visa requirement for the Philippines and other neighboring countries Indonesia and Vietnam.
"The Embassy [and\ Consular Office of Japan in the Philippines would like to clarify to the public that Japan has not lifted the visa requirements for nationals of the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam contrary to recent reports," the embassy said in a statement Sunday.
Japan also said that it has opened multiple-entry visas to Filipinos, Indonesians and Vietnamese.
Visa applications are still accepted and delivered through accredited agencies.
