Kusgan giud na sila diay bro. hehehe nasaup rako, but my point is, a gymnast who has never been able to go to a gym will be able to pull off one hell of a deadlift with ease, but a powerlifter might have difficulty pulling off the planche or a muscle up.

It's about the skill bro, nga magamit nimo and ma express nimo in everyday life like climbing, jumping, or sa imong hobbies outdoors.

This is where Strength becomes subjective bro, to each his own again, you can never be sure that a gymnast can pull a heavy deadlift with ease and a powerlifter will have a difficulty pulling off those exercises that you mentioned. Skill is far way different from strength if you ask me. Deadlift is a natural move/movement, human beings have been picking up heavy things in the past. imagine, kanang times nga naay kay alsahon from the ground be it isa ka sako nga bugas, balde nga tubig etc. You are lifting "dead" weights from the ground...

FYI.. the strength of a person depends on their bone or body structure. it has something to do with physics.

longer arms (like me) are weak when in comes to bench press. I can only do bench max of 40kg eventhough I have strong triceps, but I can do dips even with weights(I can go up to 80kg).

I'm strong when it comes to pulling excercises (deadlift, pullups). I can do widegrip pullups with my body weight of 52kg eventhough I have weak biceps (i can only curl 10kg).

This is something that everyone should know. I hope this makes sense.

longer arms means longer ROM for bench press. Also you can do dips BW+80kg? Have your form checked sa imo bench press bro. Also, you said that you are strong when it comes to pulling excercises. What's your lifting stats sa deadlift, barbell bent over rows and lat pulldown?

yes you have longer rom, but its a disadvantage when pushing the bar up.

correction. my max dips is 80kg which inlcudes my bw.

    how tall are you sir?

    Height: 5'3"
    Weight: 52kg / 114lbs (last time i checked)

I don't do barbell row or lat pulldown (that's not part of my program).
My max deadlift and widegrip pullups can go upto 60kg / 132lbs
    I have short legs, I can do squats upto 80kg / 176lbs

Barbell Bench press is my biggest challenge.
I can lift beyond 40kg if I arch my back and pull my shoulderblades (powerlift style).

btw, i'm not taking any gym sups.

Thanks for providing ur stats bro i think you have to check your benchpress form. Sorry to say this, but i believe your long arms or bodytype has nothing to do withnyour benchpress stat. For a 5'3 guy, provided that you have long arms still your ROM is not that long. I know it because im not tall, im just 5'5-5'6.

May i know what is your goal? Earlier you said that you are strong in deadlifts but your max is just 132lbs and squat is 176lbs. That's weird, deadlift numbers should be higher than squats. Do you go parallel or ATG on your squats?

    I can deadlift 190lbs I am a skinny 130lbs, but I can only squat ~100lbs, weak kaau ko sa?hahahah
