Hey this is a great news! I evaluated your latest version. One problem though, It wouldn't print basic documents for the client's who are using it.
You see most common POS in the market has "Printing" capabilities. I wonder if you have this impression of it? Your POS is great but it lacks document printing which are vital to the business. Import and export wouldn't just nail the job but printing does.
My conclusion is that your POS is not yet ready to a bigger process. Sorry but it lacks most of the features as of now.

Thanks you for reviewing and especially on your comments sir, printing is already queued in my list. As an alternative, yes, exporting can be used for this purpose. I know this requires patience for additional clicks and keystrokes (formatting/etc), but it can do the job for now. I also assured that these burdens will be removed in the coming releases.

Bro asa makita ang sales clerk module?

I think naa siyay bug bro. Even if there are no more transactions pending sa Sales Clerk Module dili jud siya mo close. annoying kaayo sa mogamit kai dili maka close sa sessions. e.correct daw ni bro? Ang ako buhaton para ma close ang Pointx ang EXIT BUTTON para lang ma close.
Unya this will result in not making a new sessions kai dili man ma out ang sessions nga recent. So I guess BUG ni bro.
And tood may na notice ko ba naa unta ni OPTION nga DO NOT SELL if out of stocks or (0) Zero Inventory. Specially sa tanga nga nagbantay.. Dili baya tanan bro magbantay sa stocks.. Mao bitaw gamit ug POS para ma count ang stocks ug profits dba? Kai ako nabantayan nga mo sell gihapon ng pointx bisan wala nay stocks for me dili ni maayo nga mo sell kai mo affect ni sa output sa reports. So We need the option.
Error messages pwede padak-an ang fonts pra medyo klaro-klaro sa user? Or make it with colors para mas clear kai naa baya taw nga dili bitaw magbasa sa errors unya labi na ug pino kaayo samot dili mag-attend sa errors.

Dili na bug bro, I tested that feature many times. All SC should be captured in invoice, otherwise it should be voided. I will add inv end column in the SC bro (i overlooked on this), but not necessarily you will restrict to sell when negative kay naay time nga dili nato maapas ang receiving then need na mopalit ang customer. I implemented this restriction from the start but removed it because of the receiving issue. But I can add this as configurable in the future, so that you have the option to control it.

So please suggest a report that you need, just make sure that those data needed to be reflected in the report are in the current version.Please email me the report and, pattern it with the existing Purchase Order report. Late review:
The latest version 1.2.3.0 is performing great with feature like Purchase Order direct printing without importing. Bai nindot na kaayo ang product. I hope na it will have printing capabilities for the generic reports as well.
And enhance the exporting capabilities which will have options to save into .xls or .doc.
Request Feature:
Bai pwede ka maka add ug scheduled sale? Like mag schedule ko ug sale sa september for a week then mag select ra ug specific products nga mao ra ang sale?
So when the selected calendar dates come automatically the product will be labelled sale and price will be changed automatically as well? And when the sale ends it will be back automatically to its regular price?
