Hi! Im very curious right now if following the steps in this book will work for my acne problem. After nimo gipalit online, how long man usa nadawat nimo ang book? And lisod ba ifollow ang mga guidelines? kanang ilang gimention sa other reviews nga naai diet regimen: mapalit ra ang mga food diri sa Philippines? kai basi dil available ang uban dri. I really hope you'll reply because just like you I've tried many creams, and been to two dermatologist nah and their treatments worked for a while but then nibalik. try water therapy and see if it helps. 8 glasses of water a day.

avoid using soap. especially mga isog nga sabon. daghan ko ug pimples sauna..dili ra pod acne..hehehe..allergic ko sa make up foundation. my dermatologist advised me not to use soap, instead, facial wash ang gamiton. then magscrub 2 to 3 times a week.
naa pod koy mga friends naayo ilang pimples in some others ways:

1. safeguard daw nga sabon ilang gamit
2. naa pod nawala ilang pimples gamit ang perla soap
3. using a dalacin-C capsule edissolve sa facial cleanser nga anti-pimples,..(proven ni sa akong friend. as in wagtang mga bugas2x)

not all of these will work but try lang basin masulbad ang problema....
