    Try this technique which I've been using for months now...

    When I do crave of something yummy, I say it out loud or write it on paper
    then read it a dozen times and imagine how it feels in my tongue and let the
    image linger in my mind then drink lots of water.

    After that, I no longer crave for it k busog Naman ko hehehe

    nice ni nga technique sis.

    for me I drink lots of water to stop my cravings.

    another technique is to drink 1 glass of water before your meal, this will help you feel full and help you eat less.

    there are many ways to lose weight ts and i recommend you go through the threads posted above. Good luck!

    weekends ra ko magrice, pero dili pud palabi. just like weekdays, once a day ra ang kaon. cardio every other day.



    sahay magfasting, 2 days max. lisud siya, no joke. naay tendency nga mamawi ka the day after, hamo bisan unsa. pero wala pa man ko niabot ana nga point, thankfully. iremind dayon ko sa akong 200lbs old self. yucks. haha. hadlok nako mutambok balik.

    I'm not depriving myself ui hehehe
    I cheat pod but not as much as I used to.
    I do that technique most at nights lang coz
    I don't find it healthy eating a lot at nights.
