sa parents wala ma badlong guro nga gi tukuran or ga kiat doul sa rail

pero tanaw lang nako mas bug-at man side sa SM... na sipyat og maintain or wala ma check sa ka dako sa SM...

Most people here nga mo blame sa parents kai 100% walai anak! Agree??

Have you seen the news lately about the boy? Gi gastohan na sa SM ang tanan expenses nga niabot daw og P200K+. If that's the case, ang SM ni angkon na sa liability sa nahitabo kai kung mo blame pa sila sa parents, mag huwat ni sila pasakahan og kaso. Ka dako na anang kantidad nga kwarta nya dghan pa na follow up medications, etc. This just means naa jui lapses ang SM. Kita parents we will do our best bya to protect our kids pero its not in our hands na if ang environment mismo puts a danger to your child.

Pangutana kaha balik sa RTC judge beh if ang pag gasto sa SM is an admission of liability.

I am not a parent.
But if I were bringing a kid with me, (as I have a couple of times)
I would not let the kid roam around THE MALL freely.
I know enough to always be near him/her
and to watch everything he/she does.
Not just because the glass wall is weak or substandard,
or this excuse and that,
but I know that every place in this goddamn earth has a safety hazard.
And I know the kid does not have the mental capacity yet to determine
whether an action is safe or not.

SM is liable. The parents/ guardians are liable.
Both were negligent.
If we can say to SM that they should check all safety hazards in their premises.
Then we can also say to parents out here and everywhere that
YOUR KIDS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! (bisan nalimot mo bah..)

If you say that "you can never say that since you are not yet a parent",
then by that logic would it be ok if SM also tells you "you can never tell us what to do since you are not a mall owner"?

wala ni blame ang parents kaau ani kay they fully know ila ning SALA... though I am not giving an idea that SM doesnt have any faults as well but the 70% responsibility on this is ALL with the PARENTS of this child...

when you take your kids to a Mall or even to a child's PARK... what goes on in that place, it is your full responsibility to look after your child...

ang gadesign/engineer (contractor) nibayad ang SM ug daku ana nila sa pagpanindot ug pagpalig on, so unsa mahitabo diha related sa ilang gipangbuhat, sila number 1 sad an, base sa akong pagsabot.

Kanang sege ug blame diha. Maayo unta mahitabo sad na sa inyo ang situation nga paripariha ana. Nga bisag unsaon ninyo ug bantay mahitabo jud ang disgrasya. Basaha gud ninyo bga perting gukod sa inahan sa bata peru wala niya naapsan unya samot pa nibigay ang glass pagka-banga sa bata. If parihas ana inyo mahiaguman ayaw kabalala we will not blame u. At least in that way makat.on sad nya mo nga mo tan.aw sa situation ug mo comfort sa ginikanan kay sa mag sege ug blame. Well anyway thank God nga buhi ra ang bata. And hope maka recover ra ang parents sa mga pag insulto, pagpangalan ug daotan against sa parents... May God bless and guide them at all times.
