I strongly DISAGREE with u! Correct me if Im wrong ha? u have no kid? ka try ka bantay og bata (toddler ha)?Not all the time Madam makuptan nimo ang bata labi na nature na sa imong anak nga sipat. U should never blame the guardians or parents on the incident. U have no right para mo ingon tanga ang guardians during that time.

Bitaw kita mga Pinoy hilig tah og blame2x if nai mahitabo..Ngano man?? Kai kasagaran tao naa sa authority to take into actions dili modawat sa ilang liabilities sa nahitabo.

I am sure SM will do amicable settlement with the parents. Swerte lang tngali ang SM nga dili anak og dakong tae ang na agrabyado nila karon. Simbako ako tong anak, kamo tanan diri ga cge blame sa parents ipa manhunt tah mo!LOL
And I will not do settlement with SM if walai contractor, building staff nga ma penalize.

SM City is a shopping mall, not a playground.
bear in mind -- "responsible parenthood", "safety first", "keep an eye on your kids", etc.

It takes an accident to happen before we know that those barriers arent safe enough to handle strong impact..SM should consider replacing those glass barriers.everybody learned from this.for parents/guardians,avoid your kids playing within the railings area.for SM,safety measures should prioritize.
