Kung american or european mentality palang, first order of the day kay mo file na ug kaso ang ginikanan against sa SM Management.

All I can say is that as a parent, in the first place our main priority is to keep our children safe, kung sa ako to nahitabo makabasol sad ko sa ako kaugalingon oi, kay I should have been watchful of what my child is doing.

We had dinner somewhere in SM that time gyud when the incident happened. My sister got a call from a friend who was actually there sa area. She said the kid was running, crashed through shattering the glass and gravity did the rest.
Apperently these glass being installed along with the railings didn't act as safety barriers as it should.
Now we know the kind of glass they have installed is not up to standard for safety purposes

for me, both have responsibilities and accountability on the situation --- parents/guardian and establishment.

You are a parent.. Can you say to me that you are there every minute every second? do you look at your child every single millisecond.. the child fell from a height of at most 5 meters.. earth's acceleration is at 9.8m/s2.. with that you could calculate that the child fell from the 2nd level to the ground in less than a second. less than 1 second.. that's all it takes.. yes, you can be watchful but when your not, what happens? this is why we have SAFETY DEVICES to keep people safe.. sadly, this one failed..

This is stupid for SM. How come they covered it with BLACK cloth nga gernerally black means death?? stupid kau mga reply sa fb "RIP my child" "You're in heaven now".. Gi tabunan daw sa security ang child og ang blood sa floor pero how come black cloth man? Mao ranai nakit.an nila during that time?
