this is the first step to discouragement which usually leads to failure. and complete inaccuracy. never. ever. weigh yourself every day. there is completely no point. there are TOO MANY variables involved.
IE:
LACK OF OR EXCESS OF =
water retention
water weight
water consumption
sweat
urinatation
defecation
activity from the day before or throughout the week [ IE: monday you did cardio / tuesday you did weights / wednesday you did cardio and weights ]
the amount of time you slept [ we burn calories while sleeping ]
and the list goes on
weigh yourself 1x a week for accurate or as accurate as you can get. but make sure it's under the same variables. or as close
IE:
Monday - You eat this and that / train at the gym for 1 hour / did cardio for 1 hour / went to sleep at 10PM
Tuesday - THE MOMENT YOU WAKE UP / Urinated / Didn't eat or drink yet
weigh yourself
1 week later
Monday - You eat this and that / train at the gym for 1 hour / did cardio for 1 hour / went to sleep at 10PM
Tuesday - THE MOMENT YOU WAKE UP / Urinated / Didn't eat or drink yet
weigh yourself and compare the results.
people always get discouraged why they are not losing weight despite "x" exercises/cardio/diet. it's cause they are weighing themselves wrong.
IMO. the best way to track "results" is to weigh yourself 1x a week + measurements 1x every 2 weeks
Neck
Arms
Waist
Hip
etc etc
what people don't realize is that weight is almost irreverent after a certain point. especially when someone who starts to incorporate "training" into their routine IE: yoga / light weights / palates
IE:
day 1:
person : weight 150 lbs
person : does yoga / light weights / cardio 3x a week / 1500 caloric diet
day 30: 148 lbs
person wakes up. first thing this person does is run to the scale. notices they only lost 2 lbs. they walk back into their room with a discouraged face. then they start getting ready for the gym/work while dressing in front of the mirror....they look at themselves
then this happens.
they've been putting so much emphasis on the dreaded scale that they forgot to put emphasis on themselves. which is the most important part. they start to notice their arms/legs look more toned. their stomach more cinched. a more prominent neckline. their clavicle and trapezoids showing.
.....only 2 lbs were lost. BUT SO MUCH HAS BEEN GAINED. hehe. i hope this helps =)

kinahanglan ani taas ang inyong base metabolic rate (BMR) which can be achieved if mas taas ang inyong muscle percentage kumpara sa fats kay ang atong muscles baya ang makaburn jud sa fats. So you should build more muscles and lose more fats by eating protein rich foods and kaon unlimited veggies. And fruits kay ayaw pud palabi kay taas ang sugar contents sa uban.
So healthy diet jud ang kinahanglan not just any diet like starving yourself to death.
Sometimes weight can deceive you. Muscles are heavier than fats.
Happy ka na naka lose kag pila ka pounds but wala ka kahibaw if unsa ba jud na lose nimo. Is it fat or muscle? Labi kanang mag starving diet, kasagaran kay they lose more muscles than fats because if magpagutom ka, kan.on sa imong body ang imong muscles. Mao na dali ra pud mobalik ang pagkatambok since our muscles are the driving force in our metabolism.
So, don't aim to LOSE fats. Aim to GAIN muscles.
Usa pud sa explanation anang mindset kay psychologically, people don't like losing. Bisan if you're planning to lose fats, our brains just registers the word LOSE. Mao na daghan lisuran.
Hehe. Nabasahan ra nako ni tanan.

In short, weight loss and fat loss are two different things.
My fat is decreasing while my muscle mass is increasing.
