I play three MOBAs from time to time. Dota 2, LoL and Infinite Crisis. (I played HON before but I don't have any reason to play now since D2 is now out of Beta.

Una lang, I play Infinite Crisis kay hobby nako ang reading of Batman comics nya playing the Batman character is really fun eventhough the game is meh. I only play it because seeing DC characters clash each other is just exciting to watch. (being a follower of DC Universe)


Ako lang ni opinion as an NA player with 1.5k hours (afk sige sad kay nakatulog); about 4k mmr and going, unta. Support main in both games.

• Akong personal experience: Few levels daghan man sad ang noob prolly because ang Dota 2 kay bag-o pa kaayo ngari. (Noobs = no warding, 5 team carry, low cs, bad engagements and awareness; etc.) Pero okay ra, later until nagkadako ako level. Naka kontra/team nako ug Russians ug South Americans, usahay kahibaw pero most of the times noob jud. Plus the communication is not present. D man sila mu-ininglish sad so lisod kaayo. Abot nako anang 3.5k solo queue, tsamba tsamba ra jud akong team; bati kaayo. Naa pay usahay yaw-yawan, report kay 0-4-15 daw ako score then pa-feed lang daw. WTF?
• Mao to nga ni-undang ko ug duwa labina ug solo queue kay random rajd kaayo. (Labina support ko, then dependent sa carry) After ato kay na-bored ko so undang-undang lang ko until naa koy migo mu duwa nga kasaligan nga mu-carry. Sometimes stressful kaayo. It's line solo queueing in rank is a chore. Swerte swerte pajd.


Im still lvl27 in LoL with a couple of champions pa lang. Support role sad ako preference kada game. Nindot man kay daghan ko ug skills. Kada support champion nako kay naay upat ka skills; di pareha sa Dota 2 usahay kay 3 (Rubick, CM, pero daghan sad 4 skill heroes). Mostly initiator ug tank ako support so lingaw nig clash. Nahan sad ko sa ako impact nig late game kay tanky man ko then naa sige mana sad para ready initiate anytime nga naay oppurtunity. Sa Dota 2 kay late game, usahay kay 1 hit rako (Hi, Imba Spirit) or 3 hits sa ilang carry. Pero if naa sa likod, naa juy oppurtunity nga maka gama ug plays. (Steal Warlock Ult, Telekenisis, Glimpse combo, Clutch Graves) As a support sad in LoL, maka-items ko (ie; items for more ms speed, armor most of the games bahalag pildehunon mi) Sa Dota 2 kay as a 5, most of the times kay sentry, observer raman ako mapalit (whole game gani usahay) hilabina ug dili stomp or pildehunon mi. Plus so far, out of mga 150 games nako sa LoL ug sa akong level, nihit ra kaayo ang hait ug dila, prolly kay NA ra to puro nya casual. Who knows..


Meh. As a support unya solo queue, I feel nga mas relax ug fun ang LoL pero with friends nako sa Pinas, lingaw ang Dota 2 kay mag 5-team stack mi. Not to mention flaming tong mga taga Luzon "Gg mga bobo", "Aral muna kayo". Mupaak man sila ana nga flame sa ako mga migo then it just cracks me up.

I suggest to try both games jud then dont be biased. Im pretty sure makahibaw ramo unsay lingaw para ninyo then stick to it. Mas lingaw jd ug naay kuyog so friends can definitely be a main factor in picking a moba. Pero naa rajd na ninyo..


PS: I think explaining your reasons on why you like the moba is always better than saying, "LOL sucks" "Dota 2 sucks". Makatabang sad sa mga tawo ug pili on which one they want to try first. Pero I strongly suggest to try both jud. Time consuming pero worth it in the long kay mu sink in raba ko ug daghang time sa game.
