I just checked my screen protector just clear glossy film and it has scratches already. I was wondering if the tempered glass is scratch resistant cuz if iit is, then i would rather invest in the tmp glass than regularly change my screen protector

The screen of Note 3 is by itself scratch resistant as Samsung uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The bare screen of Note 3 though is quite a fingerprint magnet. Lisod limpyohon ang prints unlike some of the tempered glass screen protector out there.

Anybody here experiencing ghosting/smearing sa screen?

You can test your phone by minimizing its brightness using a dark/black background in a dim environment.

You can also zoom in the attached pic below and try moving it.

Is this something to do with Kitkat? I read one article about this but cant trace back where. Black gets smeared when moving the image. I think this is related to the refresh rate of the GPU.

I dont think so. I noticed this back with JB but I have remedied this problem with a software. This is no longer noticeable in my device now.

I also informed samsung about this issue and currently negotiating a replacement or FULL REFUND.

The tempered glass that i have tried with my s4 before was fairly scratch resistant. It was from tech21 which i got from digital walker sm. As for my note 3. So far after about 2 months of use though still with care, i still have no scratches on it.

anyone tried rooting their device and tripped knox counter?

anyone tried claiming their warranty with knox counter being 0x1?

ive read on other forums that it depends on the service center if they will check your software status (binary/knox counter, custom ROM etc..)

Got my new tempered glass at digistore, maze ayala! For the price of 580 i think it's worth my money because i can't stop touching my screen!

It's quite thin so it levels with the home button on my phone. The tempered glass is soooooosososo smooth that touching the screen never felt so good.

Sa right side. Remax has no tint or dark shade just its normal color. Samsung offered me a tempered glass worth 2000php so i checked the other stores and digistore offered me remax. Hopefully this will last long for its price.
