If mao ni imo goal, mao ni ako solution.

If duha man gani imo router, follow @cire888 suggestion.
Pwd sad ka palit dual wan load balancing router, din configure lng sa QOS(search sa lng kung unsaon) aron mabahin ang bandwidth sa mga PC. You can set pc 1-5 with certain IP range, then pc 6-10 with another IP range. Din set nimo sa imo QOS ang ila limit download ug upload and bandwidth.
If maayou ka ug networking and gusto ka mo explore, use PFSENSE, nga hangtod krn, la pa ko naka santos sa pag configure..

I think this is not the right idea, as what I understand your will have 2 ISPs, and 1 on this is for backing up, that when ISP1 is down, automatically ISP2 to handle the internet connection.
    1. now they gave you an idea of using 2 ISPs in a single switch that will expense 2 port instead of 1port only.
    2. 1-5 port to ISP1 and 6-10 port to ISP2...this idea is nothing different in using a single router...coz when ISP1 is down, all PC that was connected to port 1-5 will be down, and port 6-10 is still up coz they're in ISP2. It will defeat your purpose of having 2 ISP.

    MY idea is:
    1. use router with load balancing feature and f your don't know to configure it then call somebody to do job.
if you've already bought 2 router then do the no.1
    2. if you haven't buy yet and have an old pc but functional, you use linux OS with load balancing features...
Actual there is a best way for your need but it cost a lot, you will create VIRTUAL GATEWAY..

Mikrotik Router , you can use all ports for ur ISPs and u can also use its features as a manage switch for fast booting on diskless or improve workload, from loadbalancing to routing per protocol + prioritization for better online gaming ..

    you can visit Cygnaltech facebook
