Minimum Skills Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Undergraduates are encouraged to apply provided applicants must have completed 2 years of college education
• At least 1 – 4 years professional experience specializing customer service in a BPO or Shared Services work environment
• Required skill(s): Customer Service, MS Office Applications, Internet.
• Required language(s): English.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Stable employment track record
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Amenable to work in Ayala Business Park, Cebu City
