Cebu or Manila and WHY ?

pagka kapoy na lang jud sa Manila... tried living dir for 6 months... mka boang ang traffic...kung ang imong work 8am...dapat 6am nag gikan nka sa balay or else best in late awardee jud permi.

I've lived here in Cebu since 2009 (taga-Bulacan - super Tagalog hehe) but even if I can't speak Cebuano/Bisaya,
I am staying here for good because of three words: Quality of Life.

The only thing I miss about Manila are certain shops (cannot get supplies for my hobby here). But Cebu wins because of the quality of life.

I sort of miss Manila's noise though. hehehe
