Kung magsigi ug reformat sa HDD makadaot?

i use Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache ........wa paman nadaot,,, ganahan ko madaot unta para naa ko rason nga makapalit ko og 2TB pataas nga HD.. or lig-on gud ang WD nga brand..............(hala bayran gud ko sa kompanya sa WD ani kay gi-endorse nko cla..hehehehe)

uyon ko ani boss... palit nlng kay so far... tanan western digital na hdd ako na suwayan wala pa ko ka encounter na naguba... bisan dre sa amo ofis mga karaan na western digital kay ok pa ayo... and naka stock nlng kay 10-20gb ra ang capacity ani

nka suway ko seagate na bago pa gi purchase den after 1 month kay problemado na kay naa nay ticking sound... depende ra guro na sa quality sa hdd na maguba iyang mekanism sa sud

My mentality is, ngano man magreformat ug naa pay lain solution? Which is naa gud unless youve lost all options to go into a boot. It's such a hassle and time-consuming. Not to mention you lose all your settings, your updates, some game saves and others. I just dont understand why there is a necessity to do so..

If you can go into boot, or at least can see the repair/restore options, dont reformat.

+1, 1 day troubleshoot > 30 mins re-install sa OS

Nindot unta ug ighuman sa 30min nga reformat, human na gyud. But its not. Install ka pa ug drivers which takes another hour, and then reinstall the apps for the rest of the day. Not ot mention you have to restore those apps to your preferences which you incurred for years. Then theres the game saves you lost which you have attained from months of playing.
