hello.. i haev a friend right now who is inlove with a married man and the thing is that man started the flame and promised alot for my friend and now he is jsut stoppig it all..it has been a month already sicne they lst met.. now my friend is really down adn dont know where to start again.. she is stil so inlove w this guy and still hoping it would work..what can u advce for her? and the thing is this guy is a ploicemen..and also the other half.. hahahahha

Let her realize that even from the start it's already a wrong move. Did she know before she said yes to that guy that he's married? If not, then that would be enough to be a reason to totally forget the guy....Pain is part of loving jud...naa jud na xa when you love someone.

Tell your friend to:
* stop thinking of that guy
* stop hoping that he'll come back (if mobalik man jud, d na xa pailad unless if buwag na cla sa wifey legally)
* help herself to forget him
* think positively (like he's not meant for me. God has prepared someone better for me...wait lng jud ko) and * as much as
possible, yawxa pamok-moka. Daghan pa laki sa kalibutan....
* make herself busy all the time lng jud....let her friends help her
* if she wants to cry, pahilaka lng....til there's no more tears coming out from her eyes coz it will make her feel better

i've been hurt pud (it was my 1st love) but i made it. That time gani i didn't let anybody knew i was hurting inside. What i did is...i pretended that it didn't affect me...that i was strong and i could be okay...i let my friend accompany me laag diri laag didto pero la ko maghubog-hubog ha...talk2x lng....i'm just renting so ako ra jud isa. d ko mouli sau coz if ako ra isa sa room maka-huna2x ko niya then sakit napud sa dughan. Ad2 ko internet cafe..pila ka oras amg-online or play games, watch ko movies...basta i made myself super bz jud that time kay if ma idle ko magreminisce man ko sa nahitabo namo kato bag-o pa.......with the help pud sa ako friends. I stop crying 2 weeks after...i got over him 1 month later. Positive ra pud kau ko ug huna2x that tym. D man pud nahan ako parents niya....mao nakadecide ko to stop na jud even if sakit.

Kaya ra lagi na sa imo friend......
