LTE(4G) in Cebu.. W/c is better? Globe or Smart?

hello guys, i bought a smartbro lte sim from smart, then ni subscribe ko sa ilang P50 LTE. used the sim on my iphone5s, then hangtud 3G ra iyang makuha nga cgnal. and yes, i was using it in a place where there is 4G coverage since when i switched back to my SmartBuddy LTE, naay LTE cgnal. i don't get it why my SmartBuddy Lte, naay LTE cgnal while my SmartBro Lte doesnt. both are prepaid sims. ingon customer service i have to wait for provisioning daw... can someone explain this to me?

Oh, thanks for the info. Smart customer service always told me nga pede daw basta naa sa 4g area. Luckily the reason i bought a smartbro sim is to try it out on my 4g pocket wifi device. Unsa diay apn settings for smartbro on a wifi pocket device? Thanks. Tried a lot of apn address na, not sure if they are correct.
