as for a lawyer, wala ko personal na ilhan but maybe a lawyer specializing in corporate/business law will be able to help.

if money is not a concern and the amount to be litigated is substantial, go to ACCRA or SYCIP. both are big law firms. For sure all your legal concerns will be addressed.
