Is it true that it is hard to find job if you have failing grades?

Even though naa ju'y mga companies nga mo require ug good grades pero I honestly think nga naa jud na sa skill and performance sa worker. Naa man sad guy e prove ang good grades like one's responsibility,ethics and so on. Pero grades don't necessarily reflect one's intellect.

For fresh grads, most of the employers have no other basis aside from the TOR. If the position requires for mindworks, its a big YES. The rest would depend on how you respond to interview and written evaluation.

Dili man boss. Sa diskarte ra na daugon boss. Ako gani daghan kaau ko ug failed subjects pag college and wala pa jud koy TOR pero nakakita ra man ko ug nice nga job. Kapila na gani ko nag balhin ug work.. hehehe
