iphone 4s update to Ios 7.1

mga sir/mam ask lng ko about updating my ip4s..
my Ios Version is 7.0.4 now gusto unta nko e update to Ios 7.1
pero mahadlok ko kay basig nya ma lock carrier nya softbank japan..
by the way Unlock na cya tru GPP sim..
but ma lock ba siya kung e update nko?

Ma lock gyud ni for sure. Does your GPP sim support iOS 7.1? That is the question.
