basin kay disciplinado ra kaayo sila sa China, mao kung makagawas sa country, it's unwinding time. Human beings were never meant to abide to stringent rules. If anything, we Filipinos are living it like we were meant to be--that's why were so happy despite the abject poverty.

I think if they took a statistical vantage point and identify which tourists are from the urban areas and which are from the countryside, it would point that most of these misbehaving tourist are from the city, where authority is more concentrated.

similarly like what the sheiks of the middle east do
when they are out of their very strict islamic country.

And in other thought the strict iron fist type of governance of China
do create a very nasty and rowdy populace.
