Wont be able to comment on TP's behalf since Ive never worked there, but for Aegis though...! As with Quirky, 3 years nako diri and Im resigning na, but unlike Quirky, I HAVE A LOT OF BAD THINGS TO SAY, hehehehe. Pay is mother******g small, maau ra sa sugod, maau ra sauna, but ever since the slumdog millionares took over, s**t hit the fan. Grabeh ang cost cutting, I dunno if its coz of the new building, pero grabeh ka kuripot, kulang na lang walay incentive ihatag. Inconsiderate to employees, and HR can suck my balls, the management is really not employee friendly or you might say its not "pro-employee". Lets take into account the earthquakes that happened, some other BPO's dismissed the agents, but Aegis intawon, "Our building can withstand an 8 magnitude earthquake, so you dont have to worry and go back to work." DAFAQ!!! Among family, pwede namo dal-on inside the building? Same with teh typhoon. And now, they juz recently presented the ITR forms, @quirkychinita, have you recieved your form? Do you notice something...off? Like the amount declared for the 13th month pay? Anyways, I could go on and on and on, but to be fair, Aegis wouldve been ok... if it was still People Support, but not anymore.

oh yeah! I noticed it too.... but Ive nothing to complain cuz I still have sumthing to be grateful pa man pud. but anyway. good luck sato in our next company!
