    It would be nice if the tax they already received didn't get stolen. Frankly, I feel that nobody should pay anything until this Napoles scandal has been satisfactorily resolved. Is there confidence in the system?.... Hell no! It's like putting up the price of ferry tickets when the ships clearly sinking.

    IMO, we should not be blaiming BIR instead throw the blame to other agencies involved like DBM, DA, COA, etc.

    It would be easier to convince the public on amending the Bank Secrecy Law if the government will set an example by passing the FOI Bill.
