Is it okay to woo a 13- or 14-year old? Even if the answer is yes and even if the suitor (or female equivalent) only have good intentions, the next
question is, "Are you ready for whatever the consequences the relationship would ultimately have?"
By the way, I'm assuming that the person asking the question is an adult and not a teen himself or herself ha. 18+.

courting a teenager (13-14 y.o.) and having a relationship with her is OK. BUT once you cross that thin line (sexual in nature), then however you portray everything as "consensual", it won't matter. defense such as "she initiated it", "she enticed me" or whatever won't be given credence. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE EVERYTIME.. and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME.
so courting that girl and eventually having a relationship with her is one thing BUT waiting for another 4 - 5 years before you can express yourselves physically (having ***) is the hardest part. so if you think you can last that long in a type of relationship where you're only probably allowed to kiss, hold hands and hug your girlfriend, then so be it. as far as heavy necking and petting goes, ask your lawyer.
so the next questions would be:
Is she worth all the wait?
Is she worth all that hassle?
What if she'll find a better man when she's 18?
What now? Look for another 13 year old?
