Dude, last I heard (from a friend who recently inquired) July pa daw ang next available maka rent sa place.
I guess wala nay pag-asa karong summer kay fully booked najud. The owner probably just limits the usage/rent to 3-5 times a month or depending on the owners discretion

Go ahead and inquire if you want, or book nalang ka daan for the last quarter this year basin dapay bakante august to december.
