MicroATX gaming build? need help.

Maayong buntag!

Mangayo ko ug tabang, I want to build a gaming pc (budget 30k to 35k, w/o monitor, kung ma-apil ang ssd, mas maayo, kung wala oks ra pud).

Preferred games: Borderlands, Skyrim, Crysis, and the like (dili kaayo ko hard core gamer, pero dili motuo ako asawa,hehe).

Preferred case: Corsair Obsidian 350D

Unsay ma recommend ninyo nga parts? from PSU, RAM, motherboard, gpu, etc. compatibility is important, kay dili ko kamao unsay compatible unsay dili.

Salamat boss, nagplano ko mopalit ug parts one by one. So mao na, case ako unahon, anam-anam lang.

Noob questions:

1. Ang Intel core i5-4670k, overkill ra sa akong needs?
2. Nag base man gud ko sa ako build on this MicroATX Gaming PC, overkill lang? murag beyond napud ni sa ako budget,hehehe.
