if your smarter, you should have chosen a boarding house with its own parking space. not just any how choose a boarding house and just park your car anywhere.

that's exactly the point. in our home association. its those who's just renting that's causing the problem as bringing their own vehicles and park on the streets.

ang mga real home owners na hinuon dili maka parking while this mga renters mao man hawd sa dalan..

mao ni kasagaran problema sa mga subdivisions or villages nga dili high-end. sa ako nabantayan lang, not sure if it applies to all. kay basta high-end subdivisions, strikto man na sila about street parking.

your point well taken. that's why here in our area. we settled it as giving more priority to the home owners. each having his own parking space with name. kay mao man permi problema lastime. sa maka una lang park. now each has its own assigned parking space. kato uban wala naapil. tua na sa layo or main dalan park.
