Hi all, share lang ko sa akong experience, para sa katong naay old Huawei B933 router and ganahan ma extend ilang WiFi coverage.
Basically after ani naa nakay 2 access points, in 1 network.

What you will need:
1. Base Router (Router A) - mine was ZyXEL brand issued by PLDT myDSL
2. Old Huawei B933 router (Router B) - mine was issued by smartbro
3. Ethernet Cable - i used CAT5(mao ray available sa tindahan at that time)

Steps:
[Take note of the default IP address of Router A]
1. Take note of the default IP address of Router A - as router A and router B should not have the same IP addresses. In my case, the default IP address of router A was 192.168.1.1
2. Take note of the wireless radio channel of router A - as router A and router B should not have the same wireless channels also.

[Configuring Router B]
1. Turn on Router B, connect to its wireless network
2. Open your browser and navigate to the admin page. (Did this by typing in the default IP address of router B, 192.168.1.1)
3. At this point, router B has the same IP address as router A, change the default IP address of router B to 192.168.1.2 (Advanced Settings > DHCP Settings)
4. Since router B will be the "slave router", disable its DHCP server settings. Router A will be the DHCP server. (Advanced Settings > DHCP Settings)
5. Set the SSID of router B, it should not be the same as the SSID of router A (Advanced Settings > WLAN Settings > WLAN Basic Settings)
6. Set the channel of router B, since router A broadcasts on channel 11, I set router B to channel 6. (Advanced Settings > WLAN Settings > WLAN Basic Settings) Naay source ani sa internet for "ruling" sa channels para dili mag conflict.

[Connecting routers A & B]
1. Connect routers A & B using the ethernet cable. Put one end of the cable to port 1 of router A, and the other end to router B's single Ethernet port.
2. Turn on the two routers. Make sure router A is connected to the DSL port. Test if you could get internet connection from the two access points.
3. You should be able to access the admin page of router A by typing in 192.168.1.1, and router B through 192.168.1.2

P.S. Dili ko expert sa networking, ga google2 rapud ko. Not sure if I missed something, kindly reply if you have issues.
