    Become a chicken grower for bounty fresh!
    Contrary to popular belief wherein u need to b an expert to b in this business, u no longer need to be... As long as di ka pabaya sa imo plant, ok ra gyud... Bounty will also guide u every step of the way...

    Typical businessmind set would tell you to buy a house n have it rented. ROI in this case is usually 9 yrs and above... Being a grower - 4 to 5 yrs... With yur capital, partner with someone lang cuz yul need around 1.5m and an agri lot...
    Bounty has partnered with bpi for this project, so the additional financing will come from them...

    Murag hard to digest just b reading, but this is just a suggestion... After yolanda, where still in shortage of chicken supply...
    The days old chick, feeds, vacines will b provided by bounty... Imo is just to let these chicks reach 27 days old at the right weight..
    And since the project will be tunnel vent dressing plant, push button ra mostly...

    Of course.. Yur just a grower! So basically, u dont sell to end consumers.. Just bounty/ magnolia, and the likes...
    With the lot, if im not mistaken, theyd prefer around 1,000 sqm per poultry house... The extra space is for layers of protection so yur farm wont b easily contaminated with diseases...
    Ok ra if near sa river since the poultry farm is a fully enclosed vent type wherein specifications are made by bounty/ magnolia and equipments are from their accredited stores/ suppliers

    i did some research regarding this. and found out not only bounty fresh is offering this opportunity. i hope naay mga seminars and plant tour intended para sa mga gusto mu sulod ani na business. gusto ko muapil.

    if gusto kag safe investment TS. pwede ka mag time deposit sa city saving bank. naa silay program na 3.5% for 5yrs. naa mi silingan niretire na and was able to put 1M sa bank when they gave 7% few years ago. mag dawatan siya ug mga 6 thousand a month daw. but hapit na muexpire this 2016. kung iya ibalik ug invest sa bank and 1M in the next 5 yrs nasad kay about 3 thousand nalang siguro iya madawat monthly kay 3.5% nalang lagi.

    i know makaaffect ang inflation but you can actually save the money in times need jud nimo ang cash for emergency purpose. compared kung iinvest nimo ug property , maahat kag baligya to lower cost because you badly needed the money.

    My friend n i learned bout this thru one of bpi's briefing... Its a venture na dako ang kita compared to typical rental of real estate properties.. Nway, we shelled out i think mga 1m+ each (2 mi), the rest financed by bpi... The unique thing lang is bpi will accept yur property as collateral even if agri... Also, since its a collaboration with bounty, they teach u n connect u with ryt persons...
    Visit lang bpi fgu bldg in ayala 3rd floor - corporate banking...

    Stocks are ok too but income is on paper... We wanted cash... So stocks for investment lang, more on retirement for those who dont have time to check bloomberg.. If u hav time, stocks are really good for this year to play with...
    Dump the uitfs n equities...
