TS, wala man ko experience stay ug hotel walking distance to st. lukes, but I've been there couple of times.
While waiting for other istoryans to reply, why don't you open up for suggestions. I can mention some hotels near St. Lukes, Taguig if you want

I stayed in "Bayview Park Hotel Manila" when I processed my US Visa before. It's just across the embassy
