Help! Tablet problem

Good Day Istoryans,

My Engage 7HD is stuck @ the white android logo (till it runs out of battery and dies), it will not even go up to the Starmobile startup screen and those flying green android robots. It's only stuck at the white android logo.


I have tried factory resetting it using the power button + volume button, but still nothing. Also tries pressing the reset button beside the physical home button, still nothing.


Can somebody please advice and help me what to do?

Ako na nahurot ang E.Mall pa check wala jud cla maka fix ani nga problem, even ako I know how to repair but this one lisod jud kau..

Kinsa mga experts diha ani? Im willing to pay..

What happened before nahitabo na? Did you upgrade to a new firmware? If so, try using another kernel.

@redjvshopnshop, ahmm mao mana ang ingon sa mu repair, ila rason kay wala daw cla program kay mga nkapassword daw or is it tungod kay magdownload ra sila. Help anyone..
