Qualifications, as follows:
> Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course (preferably but not necessarily Creative or Animation-related)
> 2-3 years of relevant design experience
> Must be proficient in the following softwares:
Autodesk Maya
Autodesk 3DS Max
Pixologic Zbrush
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Aftereffects
Adobe Premier
> Attentive to detail and quality, as well as an eye for taking shots from conception to finalization
> Extensive experience in most the following areas: animation, modeling, texturing, rigging, fur/hair, cloth, effects, lighting, and compositing
> Expected to be attentive to emerging industry technologies and production techniques
> Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
> Possesses positive attitude and willingness to continually improve skill set.

Interviewed here last year. Uhhmm, my workmates were right, not a very good managed company. Their open space environment is more noisy (our company has one too). There was a guy talking on his phone loudly in his workstation, really? There's a conference room. Take your loud as$ there. Also, there were guys who were laughing very loud at somewhere on the left side. And another one talking pictures inside the office.

By the time I got to the technical interview, I was interviewed by their employee who was only less than 2 months on this company. And was a freelancer. No wonder the surprise look when I told that employee about a certain API and programming library. Not sounding bitter here but, at least improve on your system because as a developer in a fast pace company, time is of the essence. Wasted time is what I hate the most.

P.S. This company reached out to me. So please improve. For the sake of the upcoming interviewees in the near future.
