I'm not sure...
This is like Arrow/police procedural/Smallville. Good thing with Smallville, Clark was a teen and we knew he was going to be Supes soon. With this, the show would have to run 15 to 20 seasons for Bruce to grow up. I doubt they'd make a time jump.
I know this is like DC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., a Jim Gordon show, but I really am not interested to see a pubescent Bruce Wayne, Selina Kyle and Pam Isley. Much more Catgirl and Batboy. LOL
