ive tried running,
core exercise , belly dancing in between
not eating rice at all,
eating mostly fish ,
rarely of pork ,
more of veggies and
some type of fruits on a daily basis and it works.
i drink green and black tea (whichever is available)
plus watching what i eat by calories.
Helped my skin allergies to vitamin e as well.
=) gradual weight loss siya but they say its good. Thank God for it...

calories in VERSUS calories out. caloric deficit + exercise = weight loss
muscle building ( exercise ) + calorific deficit + HIIT cardio = supreme weight loss.
there are no secrets. there are no special health foods or diet pills that will ever maintain weight loss. the majority of stuff on the internet is a myth.
IE: carbohydrates is bad for you / makes you fat [ rice , bread, pasta etc ]
you know what makes people fat? eating and doing nothing.
find your BMR. then your TDEE. subtract 500-1000 calories from that number. create a calorie journal. MFP or Lose It.

ako kay high protien, high fat, low carbhohydrate diet, less processed foods.. ni os2x ako timbang to my ideal weight, cholesterol level went from high to normal, energy level is high. never been overweight or gained weight since bisan na hunong ako excercise tungod na busy sa anak.
there's no magic on losing weight.. mostly people get overweight because they eat much
and less exercise... All you have to do is reverse the process, eat less(less calories, more veggies and fruits)
and get exercise 2-3 times a week. It needs with discipline also....
