For me, that depends on the person jud, kay not all people are born businessman. There are people na mu excel sila as employee, naa sad uban na despite wa naka graduate maayo mu dala og business. Kailangan sad na nimo ang advantages & disadvantages in both sides. If you are an employee, you have a guaranteed salary every payday, pero fixed amount ra sad, no matter how hard you work. You work from 8am-5pm and you have day off and no work on holidays. Wa nay e-think after work. While in business, you have a huge potential for unlimited earnings, but then u need to work extra hard, more than an employee, you lead for others to follow, ky ikaw naman ang employer, kung nai problema ikaw mu solve. You have to put up a capital amount and take risk. No holidays, coz if sirado ka wa kay halin ana for the day.
