Warning to hi-end imports

This may come late but to those with hi-end imported cars, make sure u have with u the proper receipts (ex. Import duties) when u imported the car... Some manila guys are here doing rounds on those allegedly smuggled cars... Impound dretso...
Daghan na gi dakop nila for the last 3 weeks...

Common cars (ex. Fit, swift) not included...

Saw a tiburon and an eclipse in the impound yard... not exactly high end... which leads me to think they might be targeting cars that "look" high end.

Dapat e trace sad unta nila ug dakpon pud kung kinsa man ang nag process/approved sa registration sa mga unit.
Kay ang uban user/buyer ana nipalit tungod kay registrado man ang unit which expected na complete/clean ang papers tungod registered man sa LTO ang unit.

They're targetting those who can pay 70k up... Those imports with special plates (3 letters with 2 digits) are on the list... Lots of buy n sell got hit, thou gi "husay" na daw...

Nway, jst a warning lang... They're not exactly after peanuts....

HPG (highway patrol group) has been given a quota of 400 units a month of illegaly imported units...
Apparently for now, they're after the hi-end ones... But once the hi-end list gets shorter, they'll probably be forced to after fits, swifts and other "surplus" vehicles... Not yet definite thou, but it looks like goin in dat direction...
