Customer Service and Sales Rep
Work Experience: 0 - 6 months
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- caters to existing customers.
- answers queries through phone, chat and email.
- do back-end admin tasks.
2. Inbound Sales:
- direct selling for customers who are interested to buy the item they saw from the commercial.
- initiates callback if necessary.
3. Outbound Sales:
- offers lower-priced items to existing customers through outbound telemarketing.
Job Qualifications:
1. Computer Savvy:
- MS Office Application oriented.
- Able to surf/research information through the internet.
2. Communication Skills: AVERAGE to Excellent (necessary)
3. At least 6-months in BPO industry - preferred not required for those who have excellent communication skills.
4. Technical know-how on how to send emails and chats.
