quite untrue. i highly doubt local fire trucks (the one you're describing) could effectively transport and support a retractable ladder capable of hoisting a grown human (and possibly more) to heights of up to 20 floors (that's 60m ~ 200ft). please elaborate. i assume you have the required pool of knowledge as you have pointed out my fairly limited knowledge on this subject.
